OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY DURING THIS COVID-19 (Current)
For the safety of the community, we are not offering refunds or exchanges during this time. This ensures we are not passing harmful germs from person to person. (Please keep this in mind as you shop from any brand.)
OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY POST COVID-19 (Future)
The Fit In refunds returns on all unused merchandise, unless on sale or otherwise noted as Final Sale, within 14 days of the shipment date minus shipping costs. After 14 days, qualifying merchandise can be exchanged for another variant or store credit within 21 days of the shipment date. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Food & consumable products are final sale.
The Fit In reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy, is worn or washed, missing tags, exhibits indicators of use for photoshoots or production use only, or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account. Footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and without postal labels. We will not accept the return back if there is damage to or omission of the box.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on items marked FINAL SALE.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate a return, email shop@thefitinbedstuy.com.
Once we qualify your return, you will be given the option to ship at your own cost or bring it to The Fit In studios in person during a coordinated time.
Once your return is delivered back to us, please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect and process the return. When your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your credit.
